ALLOX to present at EMBO | EMBL AI and biology Symposium
André Faure, ALLOX Co-founder and CDO, will present at the EMBO | EMBL AI and biology Symposium, on Wednesday, March 13th at 14:15.
The talk will cover the development and applications of MoCHI: a flexible tool to fit mechanistic models to deep mutational scanning (DMS) data, which represents a core building block of the ALLOX computational platform. The software is freely available and described in a January 2024 preprint on BioRxiv.
The combination of DMS and MoCHI allows biophysical measurements to be performed at scale, including the construction of complete allosteric maps of proteins. A major goal of the company is to use these maps to develop allosteric modulators targeting proteins of high therapeutic value.
