At ALLOX, we map therapeutic hotspots at scale to develop better drugs.

Most disease-causing proteins, including many that drive cancer, work through protein-protein interactions. Because protein-protein interactions have traditionally been challenging to drug with conventional approaches, most of these interactions remain undruggable today. Our platform measures how every possible mutation, at every residue of a protein, affects its folding and binding affinity to a partner protein, all in a single high-throughput experiment. The resulting high-resolution mutation maps reveal hidden vulnerabilities: allosteric sites, cryptic pockets, and critical interface residues that conventional structural analysis can miss. We combine this experimental engine with computational and AI approaches to turn those maps into new medicines.

We're a growing team, mainly based in Barcelona, and sometimes the best person for ALLOX is someone we haven't written a job description for yet.
